Prices
These prices are indicative and hold for most jobs. We give the exact figure once we have seen a description or photos — and that figure is what you pay.
Hourly rate
Small jobs are billed by the hour, with a one-hour minimum and 30-minute steps after that.
Call-out
Travel and arrival within Tallinn. If you go ahead with the work, the call-out fee is deducted from it.
Handyman services
We are not VAT registered — no VAT is added to these prices.
Included in the price
- Arriving at the agreed time and inspecting the job
- Standard tools and small fixings (screws, plugs, silicone)
- Cleaning up and taking the packaging away
- 24-month guarantee on the work
Not included
- Materials and equipment (taps, tiles, paint, cable)
- Waste disposal fees after larger demolition
- Parking in a paid zone
- Night work (21:00–07:00) and public holidays (+50%)
Materials
You can buy the materials yourself or leave it to us. Materials we buy carry a 10% handling fee and you get every receipt.
Payment
Invoice by email, payable within 7 days. Private customers can also pay by card on site. For larger jobs we agree an advance for materials.
Fixed quote
Bathroom renovations, kitchen installations and flat renovations always get a fixed price. The quote is valid for 30 days and lists the work, so it is clear what you are buying.
