Odd jobs and handyman hours
Almost every home has a list: a squeaking door, a loose basin, one bulb nobody changed and a shelf that never went up. One hour of a tradesman usually clears four of them.
- Price from
- 39 €/h
- Response time
- Routine work 24–48 hours, emergencies often the same day

What the job includes
- Adjusting squeaking doors and cupboards
- Tightening loose handles, hinges and fixings
- Patching small holes and cracks
- Small repairs to taps, shower hoses and toilet mechanisms
- Anything else on the list — tell us beforehand so we can plan
How we do it
We ask for the list in advance, because that decides which tools and spares go in the van. Without it the tradesman arrives and finds he needed a plumber's kit — one more call-out that should never have happened.
Good to know
The minimum charge is one hour. If you only have one five-minute job, it is worth thinking about what else could fit into the same hour — most people find three or four.
Frequently asked questions
How much fits into an hour?
Three to five small items. For anything bigger we say straight away that it will not fit and give a separate price.
Do I need to buy materials?
Small fixings, silicone and common washers are in the van and included. Larger parts we buy by arrangement.
Guides and advice
How to put together a realistic timeline for a flat renovation
A working document for sequencing trades and drying times, not a promise of a finish date.
Setting fence posts: how sand, clay and gravel change the job
Sand, clay and gravel each demand a different post depth and drainage approach — get it wrong and the fence moves within a year or two.
The best time of year to repair a fence in Estonia
Frost, wet ground and cold slow down concrete and paint alike, so a fence job often comes down to picking the right month.
