Office, shop and housing association maintenance
In an office or a shared building the problem is not that nobody can do the work — it is that every small thing means finding a new company. We are that one number.
- Price from
- 49 €/h
- Response time
- Routine work 24–48 hours, emergencies often the same day

What the job includes
- Small repairs in common areas: doors, locks, lighting, finishes
- Assembling and moving office furniture
- Preventive checks and a maintenance list at an agreed frequency
- Priority response for contract customers
- A proper invoice with an itemised list for the accountant
How we do it
For contract customers we agree a response time and a monthly block of hours. Every visit comes with a short report and photos, suitable for a housing association's general meeting or an office's facility report. If something needs a licensed trade, we say so and arrange the partner.
Good to know
A housing association should agree who is allowed to order work. Without that you get three flat owners ordering the same job and three invoices.
Frequently asked questions
Do you do maintenance contracts?
Yes. A typical contract is a fixed block of hours per month and an agreed response time, usually 24 or 48 hours.
Can you invoice the company?
Yes, with the work and hours itemised. We are not VAT registered, so the invoice carries no VAT — which also means there is no input VAT to deduct. We say so in advance, so it is not a surprise for your accountant.
Guides and advice
Maintenance contract or one-off call-outs: which is worth it
Whether a standing maintenance agreement beats calling a handyman as things break depends mostly on how often things break.
Do you need a building permit for a terrace in Estonia?
Whether a terrace needs a notice or permit usually comes down to size, height and whether it is attached to the house.
