Terms

General

These terms apply to all work carried out by After 5 OÜ unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotes and prices

A quote, spoken or written, is valid for 30 days. No VAT is added to the prices, as we are not VAT registered.

Hourly work has a one-hour minimum, then 30-minute increments. On fixed-price work the agreed sum stands as long as the scope does not change.

Additional work

If something appears during the job that the quote did not cover — old pipework, mould inside a wall, a non-standard fixing — we stop, give you the new price and continue only once you agree.

Cancellation

An agreed appointment can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellation, or nobody being there, we may charge the call-out fee.

Materials

We do not guarantee materials the customer supplied, though we do guarantee the work. Materials we buy carry a 10% handling fee and the manufacturer's warranty.

Guarantee

Our work carries a 24-month guarantee. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, changes made by others, or the failure of equipment the customer supplied.

Report a guarantee claim in writing; we come out and fix the fault free of charge.

Liability

We carry liability insurance. We are liable for direct damage caused by our work. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost income.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payment carries interest of 0.05% per day.

Complaints

Send complaints to info@abimeister.ee. We reply within 14 days. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
