Who processes the data

What we collect

From the quote form: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), town, the service you picked and the description you wrote.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and the page the request came from. We use these only to separate real enquiries from spam and to limit abuse.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

To carry out the work and invoice it — performance of a contract and accounting obligations (art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

To protect the form from spam — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Technical data (IP address, browser) is removed from an enquiry after 30 days. Enquiries themselves are deleted after 12 months; both happen automatically. Records of completed work and invoices: 7 years, as Estonian accounting law requires.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade data. Only our tradesmen and our accountant see it. The server is in the European Union, and our email provider is too.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser; the language is part of the address you visit. There is no cookie banner because none is needed. One strictly necessary session cookie exists only for our own administration login.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to info@abimeister.ee — we answer within 30 days.
