How it works

The whole process is deliberately short. Fewer steps means fewer places for things to stall.

1. Describe the job

Call or fill in the form. Two sentences and one photo say more than a long explanation — we can see which tools are needed.

2. Get a price

We usually answer the same day: either hourly work or a fixed quote including materials.

3. Agree a time

We offer a two-hour window, not 'sometime in the morning'. The tradesman calls ahead when he is on the way.

4. Done and tidied up

We show you the result, clean up and email the invoice. The guarantee starts the same day.

What that means in practice

A time window, not a whole day

We offer a two-hour window. The tradesman calls 20–30 minutes before arriving, so you do not have to guard the door.

He arrives equipped

The van carries standard tools, fixings, silicone and the common spare parts. Most small jobs are finished in one visit.

Materials: yours or ours

If you already have the tap, we fit that one. If not, we buy it once you confirm, and hand over the receipts.

Extra work asks permission

If the wall turns out to be hollow or the pipework older than expected, we call before continuing and give you the new price.

We check it together

Before leaving we look at the result together. If something is not right, we fix it on the spot.

Invoice and guarantee

The invoice arrives by email with the guarantee terms on it. For a guarantee claim we come back free of charge.

Tell us about your job

Send a short description or a couple of photos. We usually reply the same day and say straight away whether it is hourly work or needs its own quote.

Request a quote

Fill in the form or call us. The phone is answered around the clock; the form we answer within a couple of hours.
