How quickly can you come?
In Tallinn and Harju county usually within 24–48 hours; in Tartu and Pärnu 2–3 working days. Emergencies — running water, no power — get a same-day response, outside business hours included.
How is the price worked out?
Small jobs are billed by the hour from €39/h with a one-hour minimum. Larger jobs get a fixed quote valid for 30 days. The prices are final: we are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Do I have to buy the materials?
No. Small fixings, silicone and common washers are in the van and included in the price. Larger materials you can buy yourself or leave to us — anything we buy carries a 10% handling fee and you get every receipt.
Is there a guarantee on the work?
Yes, 24 months, and it is stated on the invoice. It covers the work we did; it does not cover normal wear or the failure of equipment the customer supplied.
Can you invoice a company?
Yes. We are a registered company and issue a proper invoice. We are not VAT registered yet, so the invoice carries no VAT — which also means a company has no input VAT to deduct. It arrives by email with the work and hours itemised, payable within 7 days.
What languages do you work in?
Estonian, English and Russian. Say in your enquiry which language suits you and we send someone who speaks it.
What happens if something unexpected turns up?
We stop, give you the new price and continue only once you agree. The invoice never grows without you knowing first.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Yes. We cover the floor beforehand, clean up afterwards and take packaging and smaller waste with us. Larger strip-outs add a skip and disposal charge, which appears as its own line in the quote.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours ahead. For later cancellation, or if nobody is there, we may charge the call-out fee.
Do you do gas work or touch load-bearing walls?
No. Gas work needs a separate licence and altering a load-bearing wall needs a structural design and a permit. We say so immediately and point you to the right people.
