Why Abimeister
Most home jobs stay undone not because of money but because of uncertainty: who is coming, when, and what it will cost. We answer all three before we start.
The price is agreed before we start
Small jobs run on an hourly rate, bigger ones on a fixed quote. Extra work only happens after you approve it — the invoice never grows quietly.
One tradesman, not three companies
A bathroom usually needs plumbing, tiling and electrics at once. Our people do all three, so nobody is waiting for anybody.
24-month guarantee on our work
If something fails because of work we did, we come back and fix it. The guarantee is printed on the invoice, not just promised.
A clean place to come home to
We cover the floor, use dust-extracted tools and take the rubbish with us. Finished means you can walk straight in.
Three languages, one answer
We speak Estonian, English and Russian. Describe the job however is comfortable — the tradesman will understand.
Insured and registered
A registered company with liability insurance and a proper invoice. Housing associations and office managers can put us through their books.
How a job runs
Four steps from the first call to a swept kitchen floor.
1. Describe the job
Call or fill in the form. Two sentences and one photo say more than a long explanation — we can see which tools are needed.
2. Get a price
We usually answer the same day: either hourly work or a fixed quote including materials.
3. Agree a time
We offer a two-hour window, not 'sometime in the morning'. The tradesman calls ahead when he is on the way.
4. Done and tidied up
We show you the result, clean up and email the invoice. The guarantee starts the same day.
Where we work
The team is in Tallinn, and we cover the whole city and the neighbouring Harju county municipalities. We do not travel further — which is how we can promise a time and keep it.
What customers say
“The bathroom took three and a half weeks, exactly as promised. What I liked most was a photo and a short note at the end of each stage saying what came next. There was one extra job — an old pipe inside the wall — and the price for it was agreed beforehand.”
“I moved and booked assembly for three units. The tradesman got through all of them in two hours and fixed them to the wall as well, without me asking. He took the packaging with him.”
“I called in the morning with water under the kitchen units. The tradesman arrived by two and found the dishwasher connection was leaking, not the pipe. Cheaper than I feared.”
Guides and advice
Some jobs are worth doing yourself. We say honestly when that is true — and when it is not.
How to put together a realistic timeline for a flat renovation
A working document for sequencing trades and drying times, not a promise of a finish date.
Setting fence posts: how sand, clay and gravel change the job
Sand, clay and gravel each demand a different post depth and drainage approach — get it wrong and the fence moves within a year or two.
Building a metal gate yourself or having a locksmith make one
A practical look at what it takes to weld a garden gate yourself, and when paying for a made-to-measure one is the sounder choice.
