Gutter cleaning and repair
A blocked gutter is not a small problem: the water pours over the edge onto the plinth and freezes there in spring. Cleaning twice a year is cheaper than repairing the plinth once.
- Price from
- 120 € per job
- Response time
- Routine work 24–48 hours, emergencies often the same day

What the job includes
- Clearing leaves and moss from the gutters
- Flushing downpipes and clearing blockages
- Checking and repairing brackets and the fall
- Sealing small leaks
How we do it
We work from a ladder or a platform depending on the height, and always start with the downpipe — with a blocked pipe, cleaning the gutter achieves nothing. Afterwards we run water through and watch whether the fall actually carries it to the pipe.
Good to know
If the gutter is above three storeys or the roof is steep, we need a platform and fall protection, which shows in the price. We say that in advance, not on site.
Frequently asked questions
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year where there are trees around the house: in spring after the pollen and in autumn after leaf fall. On a plot with no trees, once a year is enough.
Do you fit gutter guards?
Yes. A guard reduces the need for cleaning but does not remove it — fine needles go straight through the mesh.
Guides and advice
Checking gutters and window sills before the autumn rains
A short seasonal check on gutters and window sills can save you a much bigger repair once winter sets in.
Checking your roof and exterior walls before winter hits
What to check on your roof, chimney and walls before winter, and what a non-roofer can safely spot from a ladder.
House versus flat renovation: why the job order changes
A flat's renovation order runs indoors only; a house adds a roof, walls, foundation and drainage that must come first.
