How we do it
We start with a drawing and an itemised schedule of works — that is the basis of the quote and later the thing the result is measured against. Then everything runs in one order: strip-out, pipes and cables, tanking, tile, sanitaryware, finishing. At the end of each stage you get a photo, whether or not you are there.
Good to know
In an apartment building, shutting the riser has to be agreed with the association and the neighbours told. We handle that, but it affects the schedule: some buildings only allow the water off on certain days.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
A standard 4 m² bathroom is three to four weeks. A faster promise usually means the tanking or the grout will not cure properly.
What is in the price and what is not?
All the labour and standard materials. Tiles, taps, furniture and sanitaryware you choose yourself and pay for separately, so you are not paying for our choices.
Can we stay in the flat throughout?
Yes, if there is a second WC or a neighbour helps. Without a second WC, two to three days are difficult and we say so in advance.

Guides and advice
Choosing a shower enclosure for a small bathroom
For a small panel-flat bathroom, the choice between a corner enclosure, a walk-in panel, and a shower-bath combination comes down to a few measurements, not taste.
Moving bathroom pipework in Tallinn: what rules apply
Moving a drain a few centimetres is different from rerouting pipework through a shared riser, and the two need different approvals.
Can you tile a bathroom yourself in a Tallinn flat?
Tiling a flat's bathroom yourself is normally allowed, but waterproofing mistakes can flood the neighbour below and become a liability matter.
