Plumbing for flats and houses
Most plumbing jobs start with something dripping. We come, find the cause and tell you straight away whether a washer will do or a length of pipe has to go — before anything is taken apart.
- Price from
- 45 €/h
- Response time
- Routine work 24–48 hours, emergencies often the same day

What the job includes
- Locating the leak and stopping it temporarily
- Replacing or extending water and waste pipes
- Clearing blockages with a drain snake or pressure jet
- Water connections for dishwashers, washing machines and fridges
- Servicing stopcocks and the assembly ahead of the water meter
How we do it
The tradesman arrives equipped to find things: a moisture meter, an inspection camera and a drain snake are in the van. In an apartment building we tell you immediately whether the riser has to be shut off — that is the one thing that needs a word with the neighbours. At the end we leave the system under pressure for at least fifteen minutes and check every joint.
Good to know
In buildings with old cast-iron waste pipes, patching a single section is false economy. If the pipe dates from the 1960s we say so and quote for the whole run — otherwise the next joint leaks six months later.
Frequently asked questions
Do you come out in the evening or at weekends?
Yes — we are on call 24/7, nights and holidays included. A call-out at night (21:00–07:00) or on a public holiday carries a 50% surcharge. Routine work we book for whatever time suits you.
Who buys the parts?
Either works. The van carries common washers, angle valves and connectors; anything larger we buy once you confirm, and you get the receipt.
Will you have to open the wall?
Usually not. We start with the camera and the moisture meter. If opening it is unavoidable we show you the exact spot first and agree who makes the wall good afterwards.
