Shower enclosure and cubicle installation
Fitting a shower enclosure is half plumbing and half precision work: if the tray is not level, water pools in the corner and the silicone goes black within a year.
- Price from
- 150 € per job
- Response time
- Routine work 24–48 hours, emergencies often the same day

What the job includes
- Levelling and fixing the tray or shower base
- Connecting the waste and trap to the drain
- Assembling and fitting the glass panels or cubicle
- Sealing every joint with sanitary silicone
- A pressure and water test before we leave
How we do it
We start by checking the floor and walls — in older buildings they are rarely square, and a cubicle has to be set out with that in mind. The tray goes on adjustable feet and is levelled in both directions. Sealing happens only once every connection is dry, and we ask you to leave it 24 hours.
Good to know
A budget cubicle is not a bad cubicle, but its profiles are thinner and want a more careful fit. If assembly is going to take longer we say so on the spot — that is an honest hourly charge, not a surprise on the invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Can you replace a bath with a shower?
Yes, one of the most common jobs we do. Removing the bath, moving the waste and re-tiling normally come with it — we quote all of it together.
How long before it can be used?
Silicone needs 24 hours. You can shower before that, but water should not sit on the joints.
