Flat renovation and general building work
Renovating a flat is mainly a question of sequence. If the electrician comes after the decorator, the wall has to be opened again — and that, not the material, is what makes renovation expensive.
- Price from
- 180 € per job
- Response time
- Routine work 24–48 hours, emergencies often the same day

What the job includes
- A schedule of works and a fixed quote before starting
- Strip-out and waste removal
- Renewing electrics and plumbing
- Finishing walls, ceilings and floors
- Fitting doors, trims and sanitaryware
How we do it
We survey the flat and write every task as its own line — so you can see what you are paying for and can take lines out. The work then runs in a fixed order and you get a short weekly progress note. One tradesman leads the site and is your contact from start to finish.
Good to know
Nobody removes a load-bearing wall without a design and a permit, not even 'a small opening'. If the plan needs one we say straight away what is required — that is the building code, not our rule.
Frequently asked questions
Do you do partial renovations?
Yes, most jobs are partial: one room, a hallway or a kitchen. The fixed price applies to smaller scopes too.
How accurate is the quote?
The quote holds for the agreed scope. Extra work — old wiring found inside a wall, say — is agreed separately before it is done.

Does replacing a flat's flooring need a building notice or permit?
Most flooring jobs need nothing more than a word to the apartment association, but a few cross into permit territory.
