The local picture
In the city centre, Kalamaja and Kadriorg much of the pipework dates from the 1960s or earlier. Call-outs there often end with a recommendation to replace a whole run rather than patch one joint — patching means a fresh leak into the neighbour's ceiling six months later.
In the panel blocks of Lasnamäe, Mustamäe and Õismäe, shutting a riser always goes through the housing association and usually only on set days. We call the association ourselves and tell you the window in which the work can be done.
In the new developments at Ülemiste, Pirita and Kristiine the common booking is different again: connecting appliances and the small defects left at the end of the warranty period — quick jobs that fit a normal appointment.

Do you come out in the evening or at weekends?
Yes — we are on call 24/7, nights and holidays included. A call-out at night (21:00–07:00) or on a public holiday carries a 50% surcharge. Routine work we book for whatever time suits you.
Who buys the parts?
Either works. The van carries common washers, angle valves and connectors; anything larger we buy once you confirm, and you get the receipt.
Will you have to open the wall?
Usually not. We start with the camera and the moisture meter. If opening it is unavoidable we show you the exact spot first and agree who makes the wall good afterwards.
